Great location not at all crowded on beach , seen sea turtles, dolphins, manatee’s and two rocket launches adding his to one of our favorites. Great communication with management we had one small issue and they took care of it ASAP so no negatives only positives . Highly recommend we rented whole house so had plenty room having both upstairs and down and very affordable

The inside of the house was as shown. However, the property itself isn't as nice. The water has a bad smell, even after letting it run a while (as we were told to do after mentioning it). Had to buy several gallons of water to drink and cook with. We had concerns about taking showers with the water too. When we arrived, the A/C in one end of the house wasn't working. They did deliver two portable units and had someone fix it on the 5th day. The kitchen units lack items for large group prep. Sliding doors were hard to use. The windows/screens were dirty. We weren't able to open them due to the bugs, dirt in the screens. One of the two washing machines didn't work. One of the two chaise lounge chairs was broken. Only one beach umbrella (should have more when renting to large groups) The yard needs lots of work. Lights near the front drive didn't work (easier to locate the property in the dark). All around lack of attention to detail that would make the property much more appealing. For the amount charged each night, you would expect that everything would be in working order. The location is great, quiet beach, great sand and water. Near shopping and restaurants. We are a relatively laid back family when it comes to accommodations, but we were disappointed in the accommodations after a year of planning and looking forward to staying at the house.

It was great being right on the beautiful beach. They were great at communication. There was a strong mildew smell on the top floor unfortunately. They did bring an ozone machine that helped with the mildew smell.
