We fully enjoyed the ambience this place offered! The vintage characters of the house and the modern amenities along with having 5-king size beds in spacious rooms made this space a good fit for our party. Thanks to making this stay special for my 60th bday weekend!

Comfortable beds and stocked kitchen, but not ideal for summer or toddlersThe house had some thoughtful features that made our stay easier, especially with young kids. The host was responsive and accommodating — they provided a pack and play and a toddler potty, which was very helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essential tools and even some basic spices, which made cooking convenient. Each bedroom had a comfortable king-size bed, which was a big plus. The location was central and made driving to restaurants and attractions quick and easy.However, there were several downsides that would keep me from booking again — especially during the summer. The way the house is designed causes the entire upstairs to get extremely hot in the afternoon. Even with the AC set to the lowest allowed temp (72F), it took a long time to cool down and made sleeping uncomfortable.The house also has two staircases — one of which is very steep, narrow, and definitely not toddler-friendly. It was hard to use even for adults and felt unsafe with small children around.For the price (4500), the property could benefit from some basic updates. Many of the doors had issues with latches and handles. At one point, my sister-in-law got locked in the bathroom and couldn’t get out — thankfully she had her phone and was able to call for help. We had to physically manipulate the door handle to get it open.
