About this house rental
If safety, comfort and convenience are priorities for you, then Good as Gold Rowhouse is an ideal vacation rental for your Nashville trip. The layout works well for traveling groups who value privacy but still want fun, spacious gathering areas. Belmont University and Vanderbilt University plus Vanderbilt Medical Center are all located within a block or two of our rowhouse. A 10 minute ride away from downtown, this "Good as Gold Rowhouse" is ideally located within walking distance of trendy, high-end Hillsboro shopping and dining. Easily stroll on over to Pancake Pantry, Biscuit Love, Central BBQ and other Nashville foodie hot spots anytime you'd like. The Vanderbilt neighborhood is quiet and safe and yet downtown Nashville (Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium), Green Hills, Germantown, 12 South and other Nashville tourist spots are all within a 10 minute drive. Enjoy sunsets and maybe even a jam session or songwriter's retreat in the top floor lounge which features a full deck, bright yellow piano and guitar. Vanderbilt Medical Center, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University and Nashville's Music Row (recording studios) are all within a couple blocks.
Good as Gold Rowhouse was built in 2021 and was designed with comfort and luxury in mind. All bedrooms feature high-end Helix mattresses, high thread count linens, Smart TV's and secure, independent check-in and check-out. There are four bedrooms (3 king sized beds and 1 queen bed) as well as two luxury American Leather king sized sleeper sofas. These aren't your grandma's squeaky sofas! The layout is ideal for guests desiring a common gathering place, but preferring separation and privacy. Bedrooms are on different floors and each has a dedicated bathroom.

Floor 3: Bedroom 2 - King sized bed and ensuite bathroom

Things to note:
This tall, narrow rowhouse is four stories. So, expect stairs.
There is one rear dedicated carport parking spot. There are additional building and street parking options that are typically available but are first come first served.
Each TV is a Smart TV where you can log into personal programs and access local channels. But, there is no cable provided.
The layout may not be ideal for small children. Bedrooms are separate on different floors, there are no baby gates, baby proofing, etc.

Host is an excellent communicator. House was exceptionally clean and organized with clear instructions and items/switches labeled for ease of use. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect for 4 couples enjoying a weekend away. Many restaurants, shops, coffee shops in walking distance. Easy Uber ride to Broadway. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Everything was great!

This is a great property! Convenient location with many places to eat close by. Easy parking. New, clean, large, bright, comfortable, high quality linens and furniture, great water pressure in all showers, well appointed kitchen, very responsive host. We will stay here again!

The property is extremely nice and well cared for. And the location is exceptional. My wife and I stayed with our two adult children for 10 days. They had to work on some days and the layout of the space allowed them to work while we relaxed - with neither bothering the other. We would absolutely book this again. Absolutely wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was very clean, and the listing description matched the property exactly as advertised. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat within walking distance, which made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The guide provided by the host was also very helpful and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area.We especially loved the top-floor deck and the amazing view. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable, and the Nashville sign set against the city skyline made for such a fun photo opportunity. The decor throughout the home was beautifully thought out, and the attention to detail was impressive. The top floor also included a nice bar and coffee bar setup with glasses available, which added an extra touch to the experience.One thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few stairs, just as mentioned in the listing, so it’s helpful to plan room assignments accordingly for your guests. The sofa beds were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and clean sheets were readily available.The checkout instructions were very clear and conveniently posted on the fridge, making departure simple and stress-free.The host was excellent throughout the entire stay — very prompt with responses, extremely helpful, and patient with any questions we had. Overall, we had a great experience, would absolutely recommend this property to others, and would definitely stay here again.
