The trendy bars , restaurants , theatres and elegant shops walk away . The central position allows sightseeing tours ( departure by hydrofoil to Capri , Ischia ,
Sorrento ) and possibility of magnificent daily excursions to Amalfi , Positano , Pompei , Ercolano and Vesuvio .
Not far from the flat Monuments, Museums and all that one of most beautiful
and historical city of the world has to offer .
The closest tube station is Piazza Amedeo that connects you to the heart of the historical centre . The nearest funicolare is Corso Vittorio Emanuele that connects
to all stops of the new tube ( Metro 1 ) .
The property (62 mq.-620 sqft ) , presented in excellent conditions , is in a building with concierge at the 1° floor in a residential
quartier, a bit high above sea level .
The flat ,comfortable and noiseless , has been recently restored
and has woodden parquet floor . A large bed-room with two windows , double bed king size and
a sofà-bed in the living room. A bathroom with glass shower. A big living room (TV , INTERNET WIFI ACCESS)
with two windows and three sofas . Comfortable furnishing in an elegant atmosphere.
A small indipendent , equipped kitchen with refrigerator , dishwasher, and microwave .
Heating with radiators in every room . In summer ceiling fans and air conditioning.

The location for exploring Naples was excellent. It provided east walking access to the city provided you are in good shape. The apt was well equipped and spacious, large rooms (small kitchen) and well layer out. Security was excellent, host was very gracious.

It was a perfect neighborhood for us, close to necessities but far enough away from the cruise ships and tourist bustle. Claudio went above and beyond when we needed it and was easy to contact.

Nicely-designed place in the quieter, more residential Chiaia neighborhood, but still close enough to everything as long you’re willing to walk a few stairs. Claudio and the entire building staff were also wonderful and very responsive!

The concierge was delightful and the manager was very helpful. But the apartment is dark, requiring lights to be on at all times. Not very cheery.The apartment is right off the lobby where people gather to chat, and there is very little soundproofing between the two spaces, so everything you say is heard outside the room and all the socializing is heard in the apartment. For these two reasons I wouldn’t rent it again.
