About this villa rental
Chalet Can Pou is a charming single-storey villa located just five minutes by car from Puerto Pollença, set in a peaceful rural environment surrounded by palm trees, plants and greenery. With stone-clad walls, three bedrooms and beautiful mountain views, it offers a spacious and private setting ideal for families or groups of friends.
The exterior is one of the highlights of the property, featuring a large garden, private pool and barbecue area—perfect for relaxing, enjoying meals outdoors or unwinding with a drink while taking in the scenery. Guests can also enjoy a ping pong table and a long wooden dining table ideal for gatherings.
The entrance of the villa stands out for its generous space: a long, bright hall with high ceilings, stone arches and wooden beams sets the tone for the rustic style of the house. On the left, a twin bedroom is bright and decorated with wooden details that complement the rustic style, with windows overlooking the garden. On the opposite side, a double bedroom features a stone wall and high ceilings that enhance its Mediterranean character.
All bedrooms include hot/cold air conditioning with no time restrictions for greater comfort. Along the corridor there are two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a shower—both decorated with tiles and wooden elements. Further ahead, the hall leads to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with large cupboards and everything needed for comfortable cooking. Opposite the kitchen is the third bedroom, also with twin beds in soft tones.
The combined living-dining area provides a comfortable space for everyday life, with a wooden table for shared meals and blue sofas ideal for reading, relaxing or watching TV. Glass doors connect the room with the garden, allowing natural light to enter and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. The house offers free wifi throughout.
Chalet Can Pou is situated between the old town of Pollença and Puerto Pollença, allowing guests to enjoy both the historic charm of the village and its beautiful beaches. Pollença offers shops, cafés, restaurants, weekly markets and traditional churches. The beach of Puerto Pollença is perfect for relaxing or enjoying activities such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing. A car is recommended to explore hiking routes, wineries, coves and the highlights of northern Mallorca.

We loved the spacious villa and garden, which is in a good location only 10 minutes from Puerto Pollensa. Some beautiful, traditional features, while not feeling old-fashioned like some other properties we looked at. Table tennis was good fun! The pool was lovely and kept spotlessly clean by the friendly owner.
Better instructions in some areas, e.g. how to open the gate from inside! For the price, bed linens, towels, pillows etc could be better quality.

We liked the porch , the BBQ, the swimmingpool and the spacious house
Wifi is very bad in the bedrooms and around the swimming pool. The only good place for WiFi is in the living room. A little upgrade on the download and upload speed would fit the price of the house. We missed the utensils for the pizza oven

Beautiful villa, very well kept within stunning grounds.
This was our first family holiday with 3 babies under 1 years old and cots and high chairs were provided.
You need a car to get around as it is quite remote but there are supermarkets within a 5 min drive and the remoteness is exactly what we were looking for when deciding on where we wanted to stay.
We would 100% recommend. Thank you!
