Our flat, only accessible by the stairs, is perfect for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Montreal. The flat is located in the lively Mile End neighborhood, just steps away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city.
We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you`ll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained building. Our flat is equipped with two comfortable queen-size beds, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, and a spacious bathroom. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome starter amenity kit with fresh coffee and treats.
You will be in the heart of Mile End, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you`re looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Mile End has it all just a few steps away.
The flat also features large windows that let in plenty of natural light, making it a bright and airy space. We are also located just steps from the metro, making it easy to get to and from the airport, other neighborhoods, and downtown Montreal.
We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we`re always happy to help.
Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, modern apps make street parking easier than ever. We have free apps recommended in our guest portal after the booking is confirmed.
Please note we use a decibel-measuring device to protect against parties and rowdy groups.
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

The property was terrific (attractive, clean, comfortable); location fabulous (hip neighborhood-great vibe, shops, restaurants, cafes, super walkable) and the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

This property was a great location and had fantastic beds! It was clean and just as the pictures showed. There were some amenities that were lacking that could easily be added to make it a 5 star stay.
It needs:
-towel racks in the bathroom.
-a place to hang clothes in the second bedroom
-mirrrors in the bedrooms
-better seating area to eat
-some of the kitchen cabinets do not open properly and should be checked
-not enough towels were provided initially, but were upon request.
-Also the chandelier in the main bedroom is a bit intimidating and really shouldn't be hanging over a bed. If it fell someone could be impaled.
All that said we would stay there again if we return to Montreal. It's a great city and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Very clean and modern 2nd floor apartment and the location is excellent, surrounded by shops cafes and epiceries. Secure overnight parking on Gaspe St. about five blocks away, $30 for the weekend, but also three free spots right there on Esplanade if you're lucky.
Nice light, windows on two sides, security was fine though one of the outside doors to the 2nd floor was always left unlocked by somebody after we locked it. Nice shower, kitchen was fine, AC worked well. The bedrooms did not have hooks for clothing, nor did they have mirrors. Could use a floor lamp in the living room also. We would definitely rent here again!
