Welcome to the Dunes Village Resort! Perfect for families/groups looking to be close to all Myrtle Beach attractions. The condo is located on the 7th floor.
Updated unit with LVP flooring throughout, a King Bed Ocean View Master Bedroom, and a 2nd BR with 2 Queen Beds.

♦ 7th Floor condo at the Dunes Village Resort includes a fully furnished kitchen, oceanview balcony with beautiful views and is centrally located to all the fun in Myrtle Beach! Our condo is located in the Palms-South Tower.
♦ Bedrooms:
- Ideal for 6 Adults but can sleep up to 8 guests.
- Room #1 King Bed and full bathroom, Double Sinks, dresser and closet.
- Room #2 Two Queen Beds, shared bathroom, dresser.
♦ Living Space:
- Oceanview Living room with Pull-Out Sofa and Smart TV
- Oceanview Dining Table
- Fully Furnished Kitchen (Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Makers)
- Stackable Washer/Dryer in Unit

- Outdoor and an indoor pool/hot tub open year round, lazy river, workout room , private balcony and beach chairs.
- Bed linens and bath towels provided.
- Direct room access with a keypad code.
- Free Covered parking garage located across the street.
- TV's (3 Total) in each bedroom and living room.
- Coffee Maker (Drip & Keurig)
- Full Kitchen stocked with various pots and pans, baking sheets, wine glasses, cups, utensils, bowls, children dishware, blender, toaster, mugs and sponge.
- Hand Soap provided for each sink

- Linens provided for each bed (including sofa bed)
- Paper towel in the kitchen
- Hand towels in each bathroom
- Iron and full size ironing board
- Each bathroom contains 2 rolls of toilet paper each. You are responsible for your own toilet paper if these run out.

- A starter pack is provided that includes a small shampoo, small dish soap, a limited number of dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent bag, trash bags, dish soap. Please note that this is a standard starter pack and guests will have to provide anything beyond this, should these items run out, as stay durations do vary.

- Check-in: After 3:00 PM and Check-out is 10:00 AM.
- You can check-in as late as you want, you will receive a unique pin code that will activate at Check-In (3:00 PM).
-The deposit is not charged. The deposit is there in case there is damage to the home or violations to the house rules.
-Information will be sent to you after booking regarding details for your stay.

This unit at Dunes Village was one of the nicest we have stayed in and we have rented there many times. First, the wide view of the beach stretching far to the south was wonderful and the unique layout where the dining area was next to the window was a great idea. The furnishings and decor were very good quality and beautiful. The beds were very good for sleeping. The bathrooms were updated and the kitchen was well furnished with items to cook with and updated appliances. Communication with property manager was very timely and answered all our questions before and after we got there. Additionally the location in the building was on the end so very little traffic by the room or noise from other units. Overall, a great experience!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property! The ocean view from our deck and living areas were amazing. The unit setup was great and worked very well for our family of 4. Love the convenient access to the beach. Our host was responsive to our questions.

Host is absoulutly awesome, the view of the ocean is great! Very nice condo, indoor pool and water slides were the best thing! On cloudy or too suuny and hot days, it was great for the kids to enjoy. We will be back!
