Guarded Parking is included for free for 1 car during your stay, check-in times are at 3 pm and check-out times are at 11 am.
The condo is located within a short drive or taxi ride to Multiplaza Escazu, Avenida Escazu, Fourm 1 and Forum 2 Business Parks, Guachipelin Business Parks, Restaurants, Disco Clubs, and Entertainment. This condo is a perfect centralized location for all of the San Jose, Capital Area locations and travel.

Our team is available to you 24-7 while in the condo. We also can suggest various activities and local spots around Escazu and San Jose for you to visit, shop and eat. The manager of this condo also operates a bar and lounge in the Escazu Area and will invite each guest as a VIP client.
Note: The maximum capacity of guests allowed in the apartment is 8 people in total including children. More than 8 people will not be allowed to access to the building. Unregistered visitors are not allowed, if you will have visitors, it must be a number that maintains the maximum capacity of 8 which is the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment.

This place is homely. Almost, everything to our comfort. Laura was very timely and responded to any questions we had. My only recommendation is, if you are a light sleeper, since the apartment is located near the roads, it can get noisy as early as 4:30 am, so bring some ear plugs.

Access to parking was a disaster. Access was from one way street and security did not know process to let guests in the parking lot. Otherwise good location for things to do. Unit was spacious enough for large groups. Thank you.

Being on the first floor…. We’d never do that again ….
The noise was crazy loud at times
Had to keep our drapes closed all the time too
The jacuzzi never worked…
The appliances need serious help
Especially the washer and dryer
The price was 5 stars… reasonable…. But the place is only a 3 star at best
