Your home away from home in Divide, CO only 5 minutes from Woodland Park. No crazy mountain dirt rounds or driveways to navigate, only few hundred yards from main road HW24. Our custom built mountain getaway has three comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with oversized shower and King bed. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has a twin sofa bed and gym area.
Treadmill, water rower, spin cycle bike, free weights, bench and more all included for your exercise needs.
Back deck is fenced and perfect for entertaining or soaking in the hot tub.
Front patio is covered with amazing mountain views and an outdoor fireplace.
The gourmet kitchen is well appointed for family needs with granite counters and all new high-end appliances.
The lounge and dining areas are open plan, with views of Pikes Peak, TV with netflix and fiber internet.
