Newly Renovated 3br Ranch by the new TOP GOLF Facility and Carowinds in a great Southwest Charlotte Location close the CLT Douglas Airport! Our home features 3 bedrooms, 1 Bath with Queen Beds in 2 rooms and 2 Twin Beds in the 3rd with a Convertible Sectional that turns into a Double Bed in the living room. There is a large back yard that is fully fenced and a large patio with a gas grill. The house is close to all major highways and plenty of activities and dining. Uptown Charlotte is roughly 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Pets may be considered.

The pictures are old. The house has been updated and it is very nice. This is in a good location. Easy entry and beds sleep really well. Great stay.
