About this villa rental
Su Moddissi is a cottage situated only 250 metres from the beautiful beach called Perdepera and 3km from the village Cardedu. The accomodation comprises a living room with kitchenette, 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is surrounded by a delightful garden (300 sq) and a spacious veranda can be found there.
The cottage can accommodate 6 people thanks to the day bed in the living room.

Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:
Tourist tax
Air conditioning 50€ for week
Cost of supplying bed linen - bath towels: € 15.00 per person (only if requested and booked in advance)
- Late check in after 9:00 pm until midnight at a cost of € 50,00 (only on request)
A maximum of two dogs will be allowed per booking 50€ x dog.

Thanks to Alessandro, it was a pleasure staying at this House. The House is simple but clean and offers everything you need. Unfortunately the bed was not that comfortable, but in totally we had a really nice stay. Alessandro was very friendly & caring. He also brought a little guest gift.
We can really recommend this host & his house. Thanks a lot!
