Terraced house "La Romantica", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Betulla 4 km from the centre of Luino, in a quiet, elevated position, 2 km from the lake. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (15 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Luino" 5 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Porto Valtravaglia, 5 km.

Die Lage ist gut, störend sind nur die bellenden Hunde. Die Nr. der Ferienwohnung steht nur direkt an der Haustüre und ist vom Weg nicht erkennbar. Daher umständlich zu finden. Hinweis oben an der Treppe zur Ferienwohnung wäre sehr hilfreich. Pool ist top.

Die Unterkunft bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf Bedero und dem See. Der Wohnraum ist groß genug, die Terasse sehr groß-reicht für vier Personen plus Wäscheständer und Liegestühle. Die Schlafräume sind mit je einem Bett für Kinder geeignet. Der dritte Raum mit großem Doppelbett ist im Keller und über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen, dieser Raum ist Fensterlos und muffig; ich habe dort unten nicht geschlafen. Im Wohnraum ist eine bequeme Schlafcouch mit 140x200cm. Schränke für die Anziehsachen sind nicht ausreichend, ich habe meine Sachen bei der Tochter verstaut. Dafür waren sowohl Badetücher als auch Bettwäsche im ausreichendem Mass vorhanden, obwohl ich dieses nicht gebucht habe. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt, der Pool riesig. Wir mussten nur 16 Stufen hoch und waren direkt am Pool. Das Auto steht in einer abgeschlossenen Garage in einer Tiefgarage, also immer sicher und kühl. Der Service der Häuservermietung ist absolut super, man wird zum Haus gebracht und eingewiesen. Allerdings ist die Sauberkeit im Haus nicht so toll (viele Spinnweben in allen Ecken). Es gibt keinen Staubsauger. Strom....wenn Waschmaschine und Ofen(oder Spülmaschine) laufen, löst die Sicherung aus; jedoch nicht die im Haus, sondern die Hauptsicherung am unteren Weg der Häuser. Wenn man das weiß ist es ok.

Zunächst möchte ich vorwegschicken, dass die Wohnung nicht viel Miete gekostet hat! Daher muss man seine Anforderungen auch entsprechend anpassen. Generell ist die Ausstattung gut und alles was versprochen wurde, wurde auch gehalten. Vorallem das Internet hat gut funktioniert!!! Hauptproblem ist, dass die Wohnung ziemlich muffig und feucht gerochen hat. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im Keller und hat zwar ein Fenster, aber da schaut man in einen Lüftungsschacht und es riecht streng.
