About this chalet rental
Its location is privileged since it has practically no neighbors, on the one hand, the plot, borders a huge plain with wonderful views of the sea. It is attached to the Breña Natural Park and the Trafalgar Lighthouse Beach and on the other side there is an unbuilt plot. An unbeatable place to disconnect body and mind.
Recently built and with all the furniture, appliances and appliances very new. The house has a room with a double bed, the living room sofa becomes a comfortable double bed, the kitchen is fully equipped, with respect to appliances as well as the rest of the necessary equipment. The bathroom is complete and like all the rest of the property practically brand new, the living room has a DTT decoder. The Wifi works in the whole plot, not only inside the house. Satellite channels in different languages.
The plot is planted with grass and has fruit trees, we have also preserved the asparagus, tagasnins and mushrooms in the original condition of the plot. The property has barbecue and garden furniture (chairs and table).
The villa is located in the private urbanization where very few neighbors live and is surrounded by countryside.
Just 5 minutes walk, there are incredible beaches such as the Trafalgar Lighthouse, Zahora and Los Caños de Meca. A few minutes by car are those of Conil, El Palmar and Mangueta, in addition to wonderful coves to enjoy this part of the Cadiz coast.
Nearby there are villages of great charm such as Vejer de La Frontera, Conil and Zahara de Los Atunes.
In short, they have everything they need to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in a privileged environment. It becomes exclusive without losing the essence of the environment and at a very competitive price.

Cosy villa with a large garden, situated next to a natural park, Ideal for relaxing. Owner very attentive and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby, although some open exclusively on summer only. Overall enjoyed our stay, will repeat in future.

My wife and i hade a lovely and peaceful week there in January 2019.we even met the cows.no dogs barking.

The setting, view ,garden etc is really lovely. The owner was helpful although initially entry and leaving gate system
was complicated. The owner might think about repairing the cross bar under the table outside as it was too unsteady to eat on as we’re the chairs which also need repairing. It meant we couldn’t eat outside.
Inside the draining board next to the sink leaked into the cutlery draws below and eventually all the way down to the floor. The cutlery was very old and tired and needs replacing . This is easy enough to do and not costly. The oven and hob worked well and the rest of the appliances were fine. These are small things but they are important. Especially as we were happy to eat at home and use the excellent barbecue. Just unfortunate we could not use the tables and chairs . As we are 60 plus we preferred not to eat out due to the covid situation, so having good kitchen facilities were important. The beaches at Faro Trafalgar were gorgeous and we walked there every day.
