About this apartment rental
Magnificent penthouse (4th floor) of a building of few units, without elevator, completely renovated and with new style furniture, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Venetian roofs, from which you can admire the bell tower of S. Marco, where you can comfortably eat or sunbathe.
The apartment consists of: a spacious entrance that leads directly to the kitchen and terrace but also to the large living room with satellite TV and DVD and dining room which has a rectangular table for six people.
The two bedrooms are both doubles (one double the other with two single beds that can be joined) and are equipped with large wardrobes and from the windows you can admire the Venetian canal where gondolas pass daily
There are two bathrooms, one with shower, toilet, bidet, the other with the use of the toilet only.
The apartment has air conditioning and independent heating and wifi

Nice down-to-earth flat on 5th floor. Tough climb up with bags, but we enjoyed the space and views. Good location for visiting Venice.

The location of this rental was perfect. Away from the business but close enough to access all that we wanted on foot. Check in was easy and we enjoyed our stay but there are a few things to keep in mind:
No elevator and the stairs are steep and narrow, place needs a good deep clean. Kitchen items specifically need a good clean, could not use the kettle as huge amounts of white scale that started to come loose after boiling water, Coffe pot rusted, items in drawers cluttered and not all was clean. Bedding was okay but it would have been nice to have more than a fitted sheet and blanket, bathroom needs a good clean and declutterred as cabinet very overfilled with products either from owner or previous user. Washing machine did not work and had to bother owner a few times to get started but did not complete cycles and ruined a couple items.
The potential for this place is excellent and would be so much better if it had a deep clean, better bedding or at least more than a thin fitted sheet over bedding and attention to items not working or needing replacement.
