It's a very warm house with wonderful natural lighting. It has high-speed Wi-Fi with Xfinity, a smart TV and three bikes for guests to use to ride to downtown or through the beautiful vineyards.
This home has classy, well-appointed furniture, and provides a comfortable stay with a unique feel of a boutique hotel that offers guests the privacy to completely relax and unwind.
It has the perfect location to experience an easy five minute walk to the heart of downtown Yountville, which offers beautiful shops, Michelin Star rated restaurants such as, Thomas Keller's French Laundry and Bouchon Bakery, in addition to Bottega, RH Yountville, Ad Hoc, to name a few and. It's very close to Hotel Villagio, The Vintage House and The Market Place located at The Estate Yountville.
This quiet neighborhood is a 3 min walk to the Vineyard Park that features Tennis and Pickle-ball courts, outdoor exercise equipment, a basketball court and a large grass area with picnic tables overlooking the beautiful vineyards and the Napa Valley mountains. It's also only a 5 min drive to the beautiful manicured greens of Vintners Golf Club that features three different sets of tees, nine-hole course and a new set of black tees.

Fantastic experience! The home is beautiful and perfect for relaxing and entertaining. We were especially impressed with the kitchen, which is beautifully done and fully stocked with all the materials and essentials needed for an extended stay, as well as a a beautiful backyard garden with outdoor dining, a gas grill, and a fire pit. The location could not be better- 5 min walk to the heart of Yountville, amazing resturants and wine tasting rooms/shops. Short walks also lead to views of the nearby gorgeous vineyards. Centrally located with easy access to Rt. 29, Silverado trail and the many wineries, and also just short drives to downtown Napa, St. Helena, etc. Finally, the home host, Rick was gracious and always available and friendly whenever needed (which was rare, as everything in the home worked perfectly). We couldn't have been happier with the choice of this home- don't hestiate to consider it. We plan to return!

A short stroll to restaurants and shopping in Yountville. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house was organized and clean. There is a beautiful backyard garden with outdoor dining, a gas grill, and a fire pit. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. We definitely plan to stay here again and we highly recommend this home to all short-term rental guests! Most importantly, the hosts were extraordinarily welcoming, responsive, and easy to reach.
