We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean, and the check-in process was simple and hassle-free. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience—would definitely stay here again!

We found the place very clean, well supplied with everything we needed, and the manager was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would recommend it to anyone looking a quiet place, overlooking the water and great for a family!

We stayed during Thanksgiving. Check in was smooth. The house is one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in, especially for it being an older house. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook for Thanksgiving. Plenty of extra trash bags, Ziploc bags, food containers. Plenty of extra toilet paper and it was good toilet paper, not cheap, toilet paper! (Yes, I feel like that is a big plus. Normally I have to pack my own toilet paper)Living room was very cozy and comfortable. Plenty of seating. Game room was lots of fun and so was the ping-pong table. TV in living room and game room only. Outside was just as nice. We didn’t go in the water, but it was very clean and clear. My son did catch two or three bass. He brought his own fishing pole, but they did have a few of their own in the garage. We saw a family out on their boat pulling kids on a tube and a few boats out their fishing.We never saw a gator, But where there’s water in Florida, you can bet there’s a gator somewhere! Gorgeous lanscaping and very private.We had a very relaxing Thanksgiving! ~Christine
