This is a fantastic rental property for groups of all ages and stages. We came over for the Oregon High School State Track and Field Championships. My son was jazzed when we opened the door to the "bro cave" and declared it his zone! Super comfortable for hanging both inside and outside. Space for people to separate and be happy with whatever they want to do. Beds really comfy and the primary suite is really a treat! We found the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a fine spaghetti feast for his carbo loaded dinners. It's very convenient to a good grocery store, a terrific off leash dog park and great access to Hayward Field and all the other stadiums, too! We couldn't be happier with the clear and kind communication from our host. We would absolutely recommend it as a great find in Track Town USA!

Pros: comfy beds, nice furniture, shower in master very nice, kids enjoyed the game room, extra refrigerator in laundry roomCons: Very noisy, creaking wood floors, big wall of blackberry bushes in backyard, lots of flies, fruit flies and mosquitos, there is a pool but it is not usableHouse and yard could be very nice with more maintenance.
