About this house rental
Enter the cozy living room, and you're instantly at home. Sink into the plush couch as you appreciate the small contemporary touches that complement the decor. Whip out a round of pool or turn on your favorite TV show on the projection screen in the foyer area, and enjoy your time with family and friends on the comfortable sectional. You'll all love socializing in this spacious gathering spot as you anticipate a mouth-watering vacation meal being prepared in the open kitchen. Home cooks will appreciate the stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a four-person breakfast bar. A formal dining table is also available with four chairs and a bench for additional seating.
After a great meal, head for some more entertainment in the cartoon-themed games room with a basketball shooting game and two arcade racing games. When the theme park action and your group peddling have worn you out, well-appointed bedrooms. With a king-sized bedroom on the bottom floor and a king-sized bedroom, two queen-sized suites, and two bedrooms each with bunk beds on the second floor, you'll be able to sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. In the morning, or after one of your busy days at the theme parks, head out to the private swimming pool and spillover spa to experience some much-needed tranquility. Take a dip, or soak up the sunshine and rest weary bones after all that fun trekking through the nearby attractions (and playing in the play-set).
Make sure you definitely take a short stroll or that aforementioned bike ride through prestigious Encore to check out the exclusive on-property amenities, including a waterpark with a thrilling drop and twisting slides, multiple restaurants and bars, sports courts, and a Clubhouse with a fitness room and kid's play area. The resort, less than a 10-minute drive to Disney World, offers a free shuttle service to the parks.

After reading some reviews, both in regards to the company and the resort I was a little bit anxious. However our experience was excellent. The property we stayed in was as described in it's advert no nasty surprises at all. We were sent an email with the door code and there was an information booklet inside with any other information we needed. The property itself (The Extraordinary Oasis) was a beautiful house, clean and well appointed, the kids loved the garage, themed room and outside space. I would definitely stay again. There were a few little snagging issues in the house but nothing that is worth mentioning, (If Jeeves would like to know any of the snagging issues before future guests bring them up, they can of course contact me.) We didn't have to contact Jeeves while we were there but any contact I had with them previous to staying was always prompt and polite.The resort itself was lovely, very clean and well kept. My family made use of the water park and other facilities. We did have to buzz through the barrier most of the time with our address as the QR code didnt often work, but thats not really a problem. It was located around 10-15 mins to Disney and 40-45 mins to universal We didn't make use of the resort shuttle as we had hired cars so can't comment. All in all fabulous holiday, sad to be home.

The property was nice and beautifully designed the only problem i had is that the gaming wasn't working both in the garage and the kids room and was in a bad condition and this was the main reason why i choose this house

Pool heat is a must this time of year. Game room did not have all functional games. Someone came on Day 3 to fix the one motorbikes that was not working after multiple calls. It worked for a day then quit working again. All the batteries in almost every fan, light, TV remote was dead. We weren’t able to use a lot of devices due to this. Internet went in and out. Location is good. Waterpark was good.

We had 3 families with kids of varying ages. There was more then enough room for us, and plenty of things for the kids.
