Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the South of Mid Beach directly on the beach this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. Apartment 1010 at The Alexander is a comfortable and well-maintained apartment with ocean and beach views from the 10-foot balcony. The apartment is nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 960 square feet of living space. The apartment has a full kitchen with all modern appliances, cookware and serving utensils, a living room and dining area.

Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. Exactly what the listing showed. Great location at the beach. The hotel property was nice with two pools and a good bar/restaurant. It was also very convenient to the awesome Miami Beach running path. The suite was as shown. It’s an older two bedroom. The hotel workers and property management company were very helpful.

A long weekend with some of my oldest friends to catch up. The room was clean and as advertised. The beds were comfortable. Easy access to the beach was what we expected and what we received. The adult pool was also a great place to relax and grab some drinks from the friendly staff.
