Beautiful an quiet location, yet difficult to reach. Old, traditional house with beautiful garden and pool area, but common areas could get a cleaning more often. Kitchen well equipped. Great stay overall but some improvements could be made.
Beds are extremely uncomfortable, replace mattresses wirh softer ones. Plenty of mosquitoes due to broken fly screens in the bathroom. Curtains at front door to prevent house from heating up quickly in the morning.

If you want to be offthe tourist drag, this is it. NEstled in a green valley the apartment is rustic but very well equipped. It is a long drive up to Fontanales and the drive is steep, not for a nervous driver. If you want to do anything you have to drive so a car is essential. We were unlucky with the weather so we were very glad to have central heating, a bath, and brushed cotton sheets. There is everything you need supplied and the cleaner comes everyday to do the pool.
