This over 100-year-old fisherman's house, built by the owner himself, offers a unique living experience: live as people did a century ago – authentic, original, and with the special charm of days gone by. The owner personally and lovingly maintains the property to preserve its historic character. Some features intentionally do not meet modern standards, which adds to the unique atmosphere of the accommodation.



The apartment is located on the top floor. Spread over three levels, it includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. The bathroom is directly connected to the bedroom – perfect for couples who wish to spend more time together. While one person relaxes in bed, the other can enjoy a shower or bath in peace. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for working from home, and a TV.



Guests can unwind in the shared garden. The property is close to the beach, and public transport is within walking distance. Parking is available on the premises. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. Please note: the apartment is not barrier-free and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
