One of few units featuring air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room with dual split in living room and top rated portable a/c in the bedroom! Super comfortable cal-king bed in primary bedroom, queen sleeper sofa & convertible twin chair in the living room. Great for those with mobility concerns. It was exactly as described. We had a fantastic trip and absolutely loved the location and grounds of the property. Breakfasts on the lanai were a highlight! Definitely made use of the amenities in the closet and fold out chair bed. The fold out chair bed is not the most comfortable for sleeping and is a bit more narrow, but it did the job for a young child. Loved swimming at the pool in the evenings and grabbing dinner there. Will definitely be coming back!

This is the second time we've stayed in Merris's condo. We love the location, convenience, and all the extras included for beach fun. The A/C is a huge bonus after being in the sun all day. And the access to the Athletiv Club is wonderful!

We stayed here for four days in early February and it was great. The unit is very charming and comfortable, the lanai is peaceful and relaxing, and the host was always responsive and an absolute wealth of knowledge about the island. We would definitely look to stay again on our next trip to Kōloa!
