About this apartment rental
No Motorcycles, Buses, RV’s, Commercial Vehicles, Boats, Jet Skis, Canoes, Kayaks, Golf Carts or Trailers allowed on Barefoot Resort Properties.
No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.
This first floor villa has been professionally decorated with both families and golfers in mind. The spacious great room contains an entertainment center with large screen TV and a DVD player, and open to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The great room looks out to the screened porch with views of the 4th tee box of the Greg Norman Course.
The master suite is outfitted with a king bed that can be setup as two twins, a TV, and a private bath suite. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and plenty of storage room. A second bath serves guests dropping by or the second bedroom.
The laundry room is centrally located and comes complete with laundry products for our guests. The amenities we offer are unsurpassed since we furnish everything you need to enjoy a great vacation here in paradise.
Cypress Bend has its own community pool just steps from the front door and our guests are also welcome at the main resort pool located on the Intracoastal Waterway in front of the marina and next to the marina restaurant.
If the beach is your thing, take our complimentary in season shuttle to the oceanfront, just three blocks from the resort entrance. You may also take the shuttle to Barefoot Landing, a shopping, dining and entertainment Mecca just across the waterway.

I would have given cleanliness 5* except the screen porch had lots of bugs, spiders, and spider webs. I don’t think anyone cleans out there. Everything else is nice and homey. The king bed is a little uncomfortable so bring extra pillows or a foam topper. The pull out sofa was broken prior to our arrival and we were given the option to go to another rental. We opted to stay. Can get to the beach in 5 minutes. Close to area attractions without all of the busyness of Myrtle Beach (on the strip). We love staying in Barefoot Resort area! This was our 2nd time staying at this particular location.

The area is very nice and the property was somewhat well maintained; however there are few things that made my stay uncomfortable. In the master bedroom, the bed was very uncomfortable, primarily because they did not have an actual king bed but two twin mattresses together. I also think the bedding should be changed as the bedspread had stains on it. I think some minor touch-ups and this will be a great property
