About this house rental
Relax and unwind within minutes from the hustle of Byron Bay in a fresh, contemporary architect designed home set on 1.6 acres. Enjoy the tranquil private outlook into trees, listen to birds and spot wallabies, echidna's and even koalas! If you do escape, it's the perfect launch-pad for exploring the whole of Byron Shire!
With a north facing aspect, the eco-conscious passive solar design allows for the house to be extremely comfortable all year round. Oak floors throughout the living areas and a new kitchen with latest model appliances. Bedrooms have plush carpets and individual balconies looking out to trees. Luxe bathrooms have rain-water showers, deep baths and modern tap ware.
The downstairs kitchen/dining/living plus the master bedroom suite upstairs has reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Cosy up on the 6 seater couch beside the fireplace with a good book or enjoy binging your favourite shows on the Smart TV.
Please note this is strictly a NO PARTY and NO EVENT property. Our neighbours must be respected at all times.
The property also contains a small self-contained studio which may be occupied during your stay. The studio is in a completely separate dwelling which is totally private and angled away from the main house. The driveway is the only shared space, the pool is exclusively for your use. For the privacy of our studio occupant(s) we only ask you not to walk in front of their rear deck, and to keep noise to a minimum especially after 9pm.
Please note that WiFi is a complimentary service and has no bearing on the tariff charged. We have unlimited fast broadband, but as Byron Bay is a regional town without city infrastructure, there can be issues from time to time. If you are traveling for business, or need to work during your stay, we recommend bringing your own internet.
