The room was exactly as described, Julie/Big Fish was quick to reply to any questions I had and checked in throughout the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Location was great, just a ride down the elevator to the pool and beaches! I would definitely stay again and use Big Fish to help find a place to stay in the future.

We did not pay full price for this stay so I was willing to look past a lot. Remodeled is a bit of a stretch because the carpet is coming up places, it's not fully painted, there's loads of scratches on the counter side. Cleaning is also a bit lax because we found a receipt from May on the floor and we went in June so that tells me there's not a lot of detailed vacuuming going on. When you pay for this booking through VRBO the property management company sends you another thing to sign and some of it said "if you get bed bugs, it's not Big Fish Rentals fault, and we're not liable" also "pests are a thing here so we can't do much about it" mind you, you have to sign this AFTER you've already booked and PAID for this unit through VRBO. You can't use any of the "extras" which we knew that from the listing, so not a big deal, but after I booked I went and looked at booking directly through the property for our dates and it was only 40 more... we'll definitely just do that next time so we can use all the amenities, and get fresh towels and a room refresh for longer stays. The beds also dip in the middle so be aware of that if you have back issues. Like I said, we didn't pay full price so it was easy to look past a lot, but if I would have paid full price I would have been very upset. We did end up even paying for an extra day to stay and that was super easy to set up with the host. Host was very easy to contact so that was a plus at least!
