About this apartment rental
We warmly welcome you to the East Frisian North Sea coast in the beautiful North Sea resort of Norddeich. For the most wonderful time of the year, we’d like to introduce you to our vacation home, Ankerweg.
Whether it’s summer or winter: Our house is available to you year-round, because Norddeich has plenty to offer those seeking relaxation—not just during the summer.
We would be delighted to welcome you to our Ankerweg house.
Our Ankerweg vacation home is centrally located right in the heart of Norddeich. The house was completely renovated and the work was completed in May 2017. It is primarily equipped with floor tiles and PVC flooring.
The Ocean Wave water park, the children’s playhouse, and the seal breeding station are all in the immediate vicinity. The beach, as well as the health clinic and the spa gardens, are about a 5-minute walk away. There is a bus stop right near our apartments.
Shopping facilities are also conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk away. The vacation home is located in a quiet (dead-end) area of Norddeich within a 30-zone.
The ferry terminals to the islands of Norderney and Juist are about 10 minutes away, as is the Norddeich train station. If you’d like to arrive by train, please let us know—we’d be happy to pick you up (for a small fee) from the Norddeich train station and, if desired, take you back there as well.
Our approximately 45-square-meter apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen-living room features a cozy sitting area that sleeps 2 people and, of course, a color TV. There is also a dining area for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with:

coffee maker
toaster
electric kettle
The bedrooms are bright, inviting, and furnished with a double bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Parking spaces are available right next to the house, and there are also barbecue facilities. You can enjoy a relaxing vacation here, as you can take in the sea air and the invigorating climate of the North Sea right from the terrace or balcony.
All of our apartments are very clean, well-maintained, newly renovated, and non-smoking. If you’d like to bring pets, please contact us in advance. Apartment A
is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance. The terrace is furnished with comfortable patio furniture (table and chairs) and features a lawn.
In addition to the travel price, a tourist tax per person per night (for guests 14 years and older) applies as follows:
March 15 – October 31 - €3.50
Nov. 1 – Mar. 14 - €1.80
Optional services available for booking:
- Bed linens: 15.33 EUR per person per stay
- Towels: 15.33 EUR per person per stay
