About this apartment rental

82 m2. More information by the provider: In 2015 new built and modern 3.5 room attic apartment (82sqm) with balcony on the 2nd floor (without lift). Central location in the middle of the village. 2 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to the cable car station Rinderberg. There are numerous stores within a radius of 100m (grocery, clothes, shoes etc.). Nice panoramic view to the Rinderberg, the Chumigalm and with overlooking the rooftops of Zweisimmen. 1 uncovered parking space available. Perfect point of departure for all leisure activities (summer and winter). By the way: If you are not in the mood to cook on your own - the restaurant "Brasserie zur Simme, chez Marco", run by the owners of the apartment, is in the same house (day off on Wednesday and Thursday). The apartment is not suitable for small children and persons with walking disability due to the access by the staircase.
Bright living-/dining room with open-plan kitchen (among other things furnished with ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as a fondue-set), dining table, sofa and TV. 2 bedrooms each with double bed (180x200cm). 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. A lockable storage room for bicycles and skis is located on the ground floor. WiFi. Baby cot and high chair upon request available.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Simme-Tröimli. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and well-appointed. The apartment has everything you need for a short visit or an extended stay: including all appliances, espresso machine (with coffee pods, cream, sugar), cookware, dishes, utensils, linens, and a washing machine and clothes dryer. Everything was exceptional, comfortable and clean. The hosts also include things you may need to use such as a backpack, shopping bag, umbrellas and a shoe horn. The apartment is centrally located and only a 3 minute walk to the Zweisimmen train station. It is also very close to grocery stores, restaurants and a variety of shops. Zweisimmen is a charming village. There’s also a fantastic restaurant on the first floor, below the apartment: Brasserie zur Simme- Chez Marco. We very much enjoyed a couple of delicious meals and friendly service there as well. Many thanks to the owners of the apartment and restaurant, Pia and Marco, and their assistant, Ivett, for a warm, friendly welcome and wonderful vacation! We will definitely return for another vacation!

Moderne, wunderschön mit Herzblut eingerichtete Dachwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Zweisimmen und man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die Bergwelt und die Simme. Reservierter Parkplatz vorhanden. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Feuz für die Willkommensgeschenke und die Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Simme-Tröimli.
