Welcome to this gorgeous slice of country heaven! Sweeping views of the countryside are seen from every window making this the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The beautiful Mayfield Gardens are just a short 10 minute drive from the home and are a must visit when staying in the region.
Guests will love the spacious bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen to cook up delicious meals & eat in the covered outdoor area sat the rear of the home. Great for the kids to run around while watching the afternoon sunset with a glass of wine.

Outdoors: A huge area for the kids to play and run around in as well as a BBQ and outdoor setting to sit and enjoy the sunset and sounds of the wildlife surrounding the area. Please note there is no access to the round Gazebo to the side of the property (this is on top of the water supply for the home)

The home has fully ducted air conditioning for heating and cooling throughout the home.
Parking:
Double garage and plenty more space in the driveway.
Linen:
High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.
Amenities:
The home is well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.
Wi-Fi:
There is internet available at the property during the stay

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay. The property is a working farm and from time to time you may see the owners doing work in the neighbouring paddocks/ shed.

This house is huge. 7 adults stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding. There was plenty of room for us all. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It’s only a short drive into Oberon where there is plenty of places to eat or buy food and cook your own back at the house.we would definitely stay again and we recommend it to others

Our group consisted of 3 older couples - siblings & spouses. The house is well appointed - beautifully furnished and well equipped. We brought a meal with us on the first night and used the BBQ the second night. There was a good supply of platters for our cheese & crackers and other snacks. The "Welcome Book" contained photos of which crockery etc went into each cupboard, making it easy to put everything back where it was originally located.Our only problem was locating the keys to unlock the sliding glass doors and windows. We eventually rang the Host and that issue was quickly resolved. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Waringa Downs, but because of the high quality furnishings, I don't think it would have been quite so relaxing if we had young grandchildren with us. We agreed that we would all be keen to return to this property for another quiet stay in the country.

The Family had a wonderful stay and were lucky enough to get snow on the Saturday morning.
