Colony Club amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, and lighted tennis court. Wristbands for pool access must be left in the unit at checkout, with a $25 fee for any missing wristbands. Free Wi-Fi is included, and parking passes must be purchased at the clubhouse upon arrival.

Overall I was very satisfied with the condo.

The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and very detailed oriented in their instructions. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom. There was plenty of room for our group of 5. The area is quiet and is located about 10 minutes to the nearest beach access.

The sofa sleeper was broken. So two people had to sleep on a broken sofa bed. All we got was an apology. I feel like they could have offered us an air mattress or some alternative place for the two people to sleep. This kitchen was stocked better than any VRBO I have rented. The air fryer, salad spinner and decent skillets and storage containers were very helpful. If they had addressed the broken bed I would have given them five stars.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very good. The only thing that was annoying was the internet service provider had hiccups occasionally and that has nothing to do with the property.
