Tucked underneath live oaks in a peaceful residential setting, Sea Grove condominiums in Surfside Beach is a hidden gem. You're only a short walk to the beach and have the convenience of an onsite swimming pool. #303 is spacious and offers many modern touches, including a walk-in shower. King bed in the master and bedroom #2 has a queen and a single trundle. Book your prime summer week before they're all taken. Making vacation memories at a great price! No smoking or pets allowed.
Sea Grove is located 3 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This three-story complex is situated among live oak trees in Surfside Beach. Enjoy barbequing at the community grill and swimming in the outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 1). Just a short stroll or drive, this complex is three blocks from the beach. Pack your beach bag and have fun in the sun, sand, and surf. There is no elevator at Sea Grove. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Sea Grove is one of the only complexes that will allow renters to have a gas-powered golf cart as one of their vehicles. Sorry, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, electric golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Beautiful condo with everything you would need. Condo is large and truly beautiful. I would absolutely stay there again. Short walk to the beach, wonderful location to everything around Myrtle Beach. My children and I had a wonderful time.

****RENTER BEWARE****Dunes Realty manages the rental units and did a wonderful job. SURFSIDE REALTYwho owns the property, scheduled a balcony assessment, did not communicate this to the tenant occupying the rental (myself) and the neighbors attempted to access my rental unit with contractors. HOW HORRIFYING FOR ME AS A SOLO TRAVELER. Early morning, the neighbors were shaking banging and rattling the storm door i locked, thank goodness. They finally rang the doorbell after atleat 20 min admitting they did not know a tenant was there, no apologies, and telling me they are on the "board" as if this justifies their harrassing behavior. They would have entered the unit if that storm door was not locked. As a board member due your due diligence, check with the owners first, then give the tenant 24 hour notice, & ring the bell first! This was a complete violation of privacy and security. Tenanats have rights! Nevertheless, I spoke with Dunes Realty who showed the most empathy, apologized and confirmed who these people were. I let the manager of HOA in to make this go away as it already ruined my trip. I WAS LEFT FEELING VERY UNSAFE!!!. To the owners, I'm sorry to leave this review. Your condo is beautiful. The decor and amenities were well thougt out. It was a great value for the location. This place deserves a 5 but that incident was inexcusable. I thought there was work being done next door because i was using the dryer which muffled the banging sounds until the dryer stopped.
