The vacation rental was very clean.

Beachplace is a great place to stay. However, I had a guest visiting me one afternoon, and he drove over in the truck he drives for his job. Soon a uniformed man came pounding at my door, telling my guest he had to move his commercial vehicle off property. I found this to be insulting, unnecessary, and not a violation of the rules that were provided to me.

We return here year after year. It is my go to destination for March Beachplace is a fabulous location snd a great community. RVA look after their clients so well and any problems are dealt with quickly snd very efficiently. Love the whole experience. Thank you RVA

Longboat key is a beautiful spot to vacation! Christy and Corby at RVA were super at corresponding and making sure everything was taken care of! There was a water issue in our first rental and we had to move - they were very accommodating and worked hard to find us a new rental. There were a few issues with cleanliness but I've come to expect that with any rental. I understand everyone has a different standard of clean! That being said, we had a great vacation at a beautiful beach and RVA was most helpful fulfilling that! Many thanks!
