Clean place with great directions on how to find it. Condo needed a minor repair which was handled within an hour. Would rent from this owner again. And no cleaning checklist. Bonus!!

I was in Columbus, travelling from Toronto Canada and just needed somewhere to hang my hat for one night. Being gone for most of the evening at business events, I never arrived to the condo until almost 11pm. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the condo( instructions on how to get in were laid out very nicely) because it had that really cool downtown, "coffee culture" feel with exposed brick and industrial ceilings. It was nice to have the whole condo, everything was clean and the bed was great. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Columbus to visit family or on business.

Came to Columbus for the OSU vs UT playoff game. Unit was a mile or two from campus so we were able to walk to and from the game with no issue. You are located right on High Street with everything you need within walking distance. Vrbo owner is very responsive when needed which is a huge plus. No complaints about the property itself. However, there is a handful of homeless people that like to congregate in the tunnel underneath the property and the parking lot is shared with a nightclub so be sure to always lock your vehicle.

The property was easy to find from the directions given, and checkin was easy as well. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was a short walk to the Convention Center for the event we were there for. I 100% recommend this property and the property manager.

The loft condo is spacious and clean. The only things that were not good was the mattress on the bed REALLY needs to be replaced- it caves towards the middle and very uncomfortable to sleep on because of that. We were there during Halloween weekend so perhaps it’s not always like this but it was SO LOUD until 2am both Friday and Saturday nights. Other than that, it was good.

This location was absolutely perfect for me, as I was in town for a work conference. The location was walkable all the way to OSU and the bars and restaurants right outside the door in Short North made getting around incredibly easy. The unit was easy to get into, clean, and had everything I needed for the weekend, including toiletries in the shower. My only complaint is that it is right next to a nightclub and if you’re a light sleeper, the club is blasting music until 2/2:30am Friday and Saturday night.

The apartment was the perfect location for what I needed. Jonathan has ear plugs by the bed, definitely use those as the neighborhood gets loud. The VRBO app was a little clunky and not clear with check in details but Jonathan was responsive and helpful.

💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💯 I had to book a last-minute trip for a convention. When I say last minute, I booked this apartment approximately four hours before I left for Columbus. Which is 4 1/2 hours away. The app doesn’t allow for same-day bookings evidently but the communication was seamless on Jonathan’s part and he made it possible for me to check in Monday because it just happen to be open! ! Top-notch! The apartment was within walking distance to dozens upon dozens of restaurants, clubs, bars & maybe a “Speak Easy” in the basement of a restaurant near by. 🤫😎🍕 I walked to the Greater Columbus Convention Center in 5 minutes or less. Great location, no issues whatsoever..
