Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Puget-sur-Argens. It measures 50 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living area with a sofa and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, hob, washing machine…
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet (shower gel and shampoo provided)
Outdoors:
- A 5m × 11m swimming pool, shared with the owners (unheated) and open from 1 April to 1 October. Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions. Secured by an alarm system
- A private terrace of approximately 20 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A shared open garden of 500 m²
- A 500 m² paddock with an electric fence, home to the owners’ donkey, two cats and a dog
