Located on the quiet west end of the Emerald Coast, here you will find every amenity within the property, easily accessible to create those priceless family memories. We have sought to equip our condo to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise!
A stay at The Tidewater Resort requires registration through a link that will be sent over prior to check in. There is a one time $39.89 + tax fee that includes parking in the garage and wrist bands to use all the amenities while on site. Registration should be completed at least one day prior to arrival to get the $39.89 rate, after that the price increases to $48 + tax.

We were there to play baseball in the World Series, and stayed at Tidewater, having the best time. It was clean and exactly as pictured online. We had an issue with our keypad, but the condo owner got back in touch with me that same day and had someone fix it on our second day there. In the meantime, she informed us of the location to obtain a key to access the premises. I highly recommend this condo. She checked on us a few times before it was fixed to make sure we were getting in alright. Overall, we had an excellent experience. I told our owner that we may contact them again and use their services in the future.
