About this house rental

You will love "Happy Hideaway"! It is a new listing, now for the entire 4 BR, 3 bath home. It is nice and private, in the back of a quiet neighborhood within minutes of Downtown Asheville (6 miles), and the Biltmore Estate. It's an easy walk (1/4 mile) to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mountains to Sea Trail, and just 2 miles from a grocery store, and delicious Italian restaurant. This modernized rustic home has a great kitchen, a woodstove, fire pit, and large deck with a swing to enjoy gorgeous sunsets.

Everything about the stay was great! The house was very clean, modern, and worked out perfect for our extended family. The location is less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Asheville. There are hiking trails within walking distance and stores/restaurants close by. Everyone in our group was raving about what a great house and location it was. The host contacted us to make sure we were settling in okay. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again!
