Supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Martí Alsina - Renoir" 200 m, railway station "Pineda de Mar" 2 km, sandy beach 2 km. Tennis 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage und ein sehr netter Vermieter der auch Englisch spricht. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Nicht so schön sind die Ameisen in der Küche und das das gesamte Erdgeschoß wegen Feuchtigkeit muffig bzw. schimmelig riecht. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Appartement trs bien placé au calme pres de tous ,il manquerais juste un accès internet et la télé qui est quand espagnole .
