This is a very nice apartment, in a beautiful old building, renovated, decorated and furnished by an interior designer, with a modern and elegant touch.
It is well positioned in the marsh area 5 minutes from the Seine and Notre Dame Cathedral.
Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, towels, sheets, television, wifi ..., the apartment has two double beds and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is open to the dining area, equipped with an extendable dining table. The bathroom, renovated, has a shower, sink with mirror and a storage unit. This charming apartment is very well furnished in a contemporary spirit: you will find many works, paintings of Parisian artists as well as everything you will need during your stay: modern equipment (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster ... ), very good bedding both beds and sofa bed. The apartment is quiet, bright and ideally located in the center of Paris.

The apartment was small but overall very nice. We were 3 women exploring Paris and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Lovely restaurants and cafes just outside the building. Close to Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle and the Latin District. The batobus pick up/drop off was very close and convenient. Would definitely recommend. The hosts were very helpful with all our questions.

Fantastic location. Easy access to metros and some premier sites. As busy as the neighborhood is, the property is quiet at night. Stayed here as a family of four and we had enough room for our week long stay. Host’s description of property is accurate. Have fun.

The stay was nice and here are some pointers:Pros:1.Location in the Marais was superb.2.The apartment was fully equipped – kitchen, laundry, eating in etc.3.Aircondition was good – cooling and warming4.Beds- two double bed are OK (but see comment in cons).5.Good windows and light.Cons:1.The apartment is compact. tiny in fact! 2.Bathroom and toilet are extremely small. Almost intolerable.3.Stairs to the inner gallery/bedroom are very steep and not for elder people. 4.There are 45 stairs leading to the apartment. Just mentioning.5.House holders were not interested in what is happening with the tenants.....
