Find your peace on Topsail Island when you stay at Beach Bliss! This stunning single-family home, located in Nautic Bay, one of Topsail Island's newest waterfront communities, is a fantastic property that features sound side views and spacious living areas to provide your family with a blissful rental experience.
Pull into the driveway where you will find ample parking for up to 4 cars. The carport area provides a wet weather entry as well as access to the outdoor enclosed hot & cold shower and backyard area. This space is perfect for staying out of the sun during hot summer days, or enjoying the outdoors when the weather isn't cooperating. Use the keyless access pad on the front door to embark on your dream vacation. The large foyer leaves room for your beach gear so you can keep all that sand on the lower level. Sorry, but guests do not have access to the garage area.
Head up to the 2nd level of this reverse floor plan home to find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. First, to the right at the end of the hall, is the Master bedroom suite, complete with a King bed, flat screen TV, festive coastal decor, and access to the covered deck. This suite also offers a private bathroom with a double vanity sink and a spacious, luxury tiled shower. The little surfers of your crew will enjoy the 2nd bedroom on this floor that comes complete with two Bunk bed sets. The final bedroom down the hall offers a Queen bed and access to the covered deck as well. The Queen and Bunk rooms share a large full bathroom located in the hall. This bathroom also offers a double vanity sink as well as a tiled shower. This is a spacious property with lots of comfortable sleeping room for a larger group. The beds were in great shape and the furniture was nice. Large kitchen with some item from prior tenants And lots of decent pots and pans to cook, etc. It is hard to find a location with a pool that is also close to the beach. This is about a six minute walk to the beach down to the end of the street. We rented a golf cart to shuttle our stuff back-and-forth, but there is no parking down at the public access spot so just be aware of that if you were doing the same. The house was very clean upon our arrival. Just need to make sure they read the pre-check in information that says to bring things like toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning wipes, etc.. Also, they do not provide linens so this is something that you do at an additional cost.

The house was perfect. My husband loved the covered porch on the top, shaded and no bugs flew that high (ha!). The house wasn't a far walk to the beach. And the home is a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants and shops. A storm knocked out wifi for a bit one morning, but a super nice guy from Lewis Realty had us back up and running in a flash w/ some assistance over the phone. We all had a terrific time!

Home was great, nicely furnished and stocked, enjoyed the short walk to the beach access, very pleasant neighborhood, overall a good time. Not sure if it's the owner or the property management, but I hope they reconsider the linen policy. I was given notice, found the pricing too high. I'm not a fan of the policy
