About this apartment rental
Modern, cosy, comfortable apartment block "Marenia", 3 storeys, built in 2011. 31 apartments in the residence. Playa 3 km from the centre of Els Poblets, 10 km from the centre of Dénia, 20 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool angular (16 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt water and internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 600 m, bar, café 400 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 20 m, shingle beach 50 m. Sports harbour 10 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

The location is great, the pool and the beach couldn't be closer. The apartment itself is also very good.
However, the service agents Interhome caused unnecessary issues. Firstly, I never received a welcome pack. I filled out the self check-in with a 4pm arrival time. When no one turned up I called Interhome and you have to collect the keys from an office in Denia which is an extra 1hr round trip as we flew in to Valencia so something to be mindful of. You will also have to drop them off again (yep another hour). I had 2 young kids and a wife with a badly sprained ankle with me so I was not happy that this wasn't made clear to me. Others at the property with different agents had their keys dropped off. To be honest I've never had to pick up keys.
When the welcome pack arrived, the info is not clear. The parking spot is no. 20 in the underground car park. You have to use the little key at top of the ramp to open it. This wasn't explained to us and yes I had to call again to find this out.
Once we had picked up our keys the door doesn't open properly. You have to pull the door towards you and then turn the key to the right, then push it open. We couldn't work this out, they had to send someone round. He opened the door but again didn't explain how. I had to quiz him and then he admitted there was a certain way of doing it.
It actually took us 2 hrs from arriving to actually get in. Hopefully reading this saves someone some time.
Also had WiFi issues.

Der Gesamtzustand der Wohnung ist allgemein gut, könnte aber nach all den Jahren so einiges erneuert werden. Dafür ist die Lage absolut super, direkt am Strand.

C'est la 2ème fois que nous venons dans cette location. Son point fort est l accès direct à la mer, sa large terrasse et la piscine à proximité. Il est assez bien entretenu même si en 4 ans il a pris un coup de vieux. Cependant le point négatif est le bruit des appartements voisins car les murs sont fins et si les voisins sont brillants la nuit est compliquée...

En general cumple con la expectativa. La relación calidad precio es correcta. Lo que menos me ha gustado es la limpieza, ya que por el precio estipulado se requiere que sea perfecta, y no lo es
