This 9th floor studio/condo is located at the Daytona Beach Resort which is located on the north side of Daytona Beach near Ormond. On-site laundry coin operated 2nd to 5th floors Conveniently located across the street from Bellaire Plaza for shopping or dining. Conveniently shop at Publix (Grocery), Walgreen's, Bealls, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, Big Tuna and many more restaurants. 10 min drive to the Shoppes at Ocean Walk, Theater, Ocean Center, Pier and Main Street. 15 minute drive to Daytona USA for Speedway Racing. One and half hour drive to Disney, Epcot Center, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, one hour to St. Augustine.

The condo is accessed through a self-check-in process with a keypad. On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive the check-in information containing all the instructions necessary for your stay with the code to the keypad. Ensure a smooth stay by noting that free parking is available to our guests.

Resort Update 11-14-25
The Daytona Beach Resort is undergoing restoration to the seawall.

*Open Amenities: North Pool (Heated), Indoor Pool (unheated), North Jacuzzi (Heated), South Jacuzzi (unheated), Fitness Room, Sauna, Beach Access.

*Closed Amenities: Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Parking Garage, South Pool, Kiddie Pool, South pool deck.

*Parking Free - One parking pass is provided where it will be found inside the Room.
Parking in front of the building or next door of the Resort. Upon departure parking pass would need to left inside the room.

*There is beach access still available right next door.

As a private owner in the resort, you may require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that you can contact me and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. The Daytona Beach Resort will be going through renovations/restoration to the seawall. Please contact Owner for Updates during the process to get the Resort back, Your patience is appreciated.
