The house was clean & tidy with one renovated bathroom. Location was fantastic within walking distance to the beach & approximately a 10 minute drive to Huskisson if you want to eat out. Vincentia local amenities stores are a couple of minutes up the road by car. We were 2 families staying in the house & although we had a positive experience overall, having only one bathroom to share between us was a nightmare. The house can do with another bathroom & given the size of the laundry, I’m sure a small reno incorporating a second shower would do wonders. Second problem was the NO SIGNAL. We were aware that Wi-Fi was not on offer but were told that there was a very strong 5G network but there wasn’t. My husband could not send or receive any messages or emails unless he walked outside to the middle of the road.

We loved our stay in this oversized, family friendly home. Just a street away from Nelson’s beach, short strolls to Blenheim Beach and many scenic walking track. Short drive to Vencentia village and Huskinson. The house had everything we needed for our week long stay. As other reviews have suggested, the only downside is the lack of phone reception and no wifi connection. A wired internet connection would make this house a 10/10 and we would definitely be back again

This house was clean and tidy. It is very much suited to a family with an enclosed backyard. Everything we needed was there. Great location. Internet connection was the only problem with wifi not provided and the signal very weak at that location. Overall I highly recommend this property.

Pleasant house with great access to a beautiful beach. Worth noting that the mobile reception is terrible (both Telstra and Optus) so combined with no wifi be prepared to be without internet! No issues for us but could be an issue if you have to work.
