Be wowed by the amazing mountain and lake views right from the main floor living room and deck. Enjoy the luxurious upgraded kitchen w/new appliances, and back patio with firepit. Wake up to beautiful sunrises overlooking nature in the large master bedroom with bay windows. Downstairs level has separate private entrance to game room with foosball table, laundry, bathroom and bedroom. This spacious retreat is a peaceful getaway while only 5 min from downtown Woodland Park.
Downstairs: As you walk in the two story retreat you will see a downstairs level with a separate private entrance that offers a game room with foosball table, laundry, bathroom and bedroom.
Main Level Living Room: As you go up to the main level you will be welcomed by the amazing mountain and lake views right from the living room that leads to a beautiful deck where you can take in the fresh mountain air.
Kitchen: Enjoy the luxurious upgraded kitchen with all new appliances. Right off the kitchen you can access the back patio with firepit.
Master Bedroom: Wake up to beautiful sunrises. The main level offers a large master bedroom with amazing bay windows overlooking the mountains and trees along with an attached private bathroom with his and her sinks.
Upstairs Second Bedroom: The upstairs offers a spacious second bedroom with Queen Bed and closet.
Upstairs Bathroom: Next to the second bedroom is another spacious bathroom with shower.
NOTE
• Driveway is steep and can be icy during wintertime. Neighborhood is located on dirt roads. Please consider 4WD during winter stays. Driveway plowing is provided after snowfall but icy conditions may still exist. March is our snowiest month. If you book in March plan for delays in travel and snow plow service.
• This property requires stairs which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
• This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera at the entryways. The camera does not look into any interior spaces.

The home and location were even more beautiful than the photos represent! Our family had a wonderful and restful time, enjoying both floors of the house, comfort, indoors and outdoors, great mornings with coffee and fishing, enjoyable days in the Woodland Park and Colorado Springs area, and the gorgeous Mountain views were a daily delight. The owner, Amanda, was responsive and helpful whenever asked, and the trout fishing was actually really good as well! We would absolutely stay again and hope to return to the area next summer as a family.

Our stay was fantastic.The house is located near a beautiful Mountain Town, Woodland Park. I have family who live and work in the area and we needed a large home to gather together. This house was exactly what we needed. Kitchen well stocked, outside fire pit relaxing and the views breathtaking. I would use this property again.
