About this villa rental
Beautiful villa of the mid-1900s, completely renovated, maintaining the characteristics of the villas of that era. Large garden to enjoy extraordinary moments outdoors sitting comfortably on one of the sofas and sipping a glass of wine. A patio for outdoor dining, while on the ground floor, a large living room with TV, sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with single beds and another bathroom.
Located between Palese and Santo Spirito, in a quiet area full of greenery, a few steps from the sea and someone more from the town.
The plus of this structure is certainly the exterior, with the garden lord it.
For your relaxation you will find various corners equipped with sofas or tables and chairs, a swing and the patio where you can have lunch or dinner, taking advantage of the sea breeze, but with the right privacy.
The parking space is available at the entrance of the villa in an area reserved for it.
The villa is located 100 meters from the sea.
One of the best fish shops in Palese is very close, with delicious fresh fish every morning.
Near the fish market a fruit vendor where you can buy good fresh fruit.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries and other shops all nearby.
We move quietly on foot, the bus stop is 5 minutes walk, the train station 30 minutes walk.
With the car you will move in complete autonomy, even to visit the beautiful places near Bari, because the SS16 ring road is 5 minutes by car and from there you can move north and south.

Perfect location for our time in Bari. We were walking distance to the water, restaurants and train station. We liked the privacy of the villa--especially the porch and gardens--so relaxing after returning from a day of adventures. The property manager was amazing! Answered all of my questions before and during the trip.

Great communication with property manager. We travelled with my 96 year old mother. Filippo was bery accommodating and helpful. Great location and beautiful garden. Overall very nice stay - we would go back!!! I would rate the property a 5 if it had been a bit cleaner.

We spent 4 days in this villa. We need to return in the spring or summer. Beautiful location, easy to get to and near the autostrada and the train station—one stop from beautiful Bari. . And of course it is literally 100 feet from the Adriatic. Filippo welcomed us outside the gate, explained everything clearly to us, recommended restaurants nearby (we loved Al Paradise) and even came to say good-bye. Grazie, thank you, Filippo. Sei stato un gentiluomo e un amico. Semmai ritorniamo ti cercheremo.
