We welcome you to Xanadune Beach House: sleeps 10 (plus 2 children aged under 10 on request) in 5 bedrooms and 5 ensuite bathrooms

Kitchen with Rangemaster, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and large island, children's dining ware provided (plastic plates, cutlery, crockery)

We enjoyed a family new year break in this really well appointed house on the beach. It had absolutely everything we needed, and being able to walk straight out onto the beach was wonderful. A really clean house with good quality furniture and equipment, we couldn't have asked for more.

The wow factor of the property is huge! Everything has been thought and caters for everyone. From the chill out tv and games room with its small kitchen, to the hot tub and fabulous beach access from the garden. Kitchen excellently stocked with appliances and equipment.
It’s was wonderful to get our grown up children and their partners together for a week of fun and lots of laughter in such a beautiful house.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house! Amazing hot tub, access to the beach out the back gate, sitting round the fire pit and dinner in the outside kitchen - just perfect!
