For shared use: swimming pool (11 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. Private: terrace, garden furniture. Stepped path (54 steps) to the house. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 950 m, bus stop 2.7 km, sandy beach 700 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Très bel appartement, emplacement de choix à El-Portet, au calme. Superbe vue et belle piscine, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très bonne literie, climatisation dans les chambres. Tout confort. Par contre, nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le four... Interhome Moraira offre toujours un service client au top

The apartment is well equipped but it is generally quite dated. The shower did not have a tray so the shower room became covered in water after the first shower in the morning which wasn't ideal. The outside patio space is excellent and the view spectacular. Access to the apartment is quite challenging with steep stone steps either up or down depending on how you approach the apartment and would not suit anybody with mobility issues. Likewise, the walk up from the beach is a significant climb.

Apartament ładny funkcjonalny. Dobre rozmieszczenie pokoi. Dobrze wyposażony. Jednak Trochę stary. Prowadzę do niego stronę schody. Warto to wynająć choćby tylko dla widoku.
