House "Finca La Veleta", built in 1999, surrounded by trees. 2 km from the centre of Los Gallardos, 12 km from the centre of Mojácar, in a secluded position, 12 km from the sea. Private: property 11 ha, garden (not fenced), swimming pool (8 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). In the house: burglar alarm system. Single garage. Bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. House surrounded by orange groves (6 hectares) and seasonal crops. Person responsible for the care of the farm. Farm is situated at the foot of the Sierra Cabrera, not far from Mojacar.

La casa esta perfectamente adaptada para 4 personas. Limpia y acogedora. La piscina excelente. El mobiliario en perfecto estado. Quiza me hubiese gustado que tuviese Barbacoa... El entorno un poco aislado pero super tranquilo, aunque el Sábado a lo lejos se oía música de algún local cercano... Volveria...

La casa está genial, muy fresquita y cómoda. La cocina súper equipada! La única pega que le pondría es que no está vallada por lo que si vas con niños o perros tienes que estar vigilando que no se vayan hacia la carretera que está por detrás... Por lo demás todo perfecto, para repetir!
