Villa "Tana". In the district of Balcón al Mar, 3 km from the sea. Private: terraced garden, 850 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (5 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: roof terrace, central heating system. Stepped path (27 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km pebble beach "Ambolo" 3 km. Tennis 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
5-room house 110 m2. Fully renovated, practical furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and digital TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Dining room. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. This is our second stay at Villa Tana and it was just as good as the first time. Plenty of space, use of a fantastic private pool, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Open plan living and kitchen is perfect for spending time together in the evenings. Would definitely come back for a 3rd time.

The property was lovely and suited our needs. There are lots of steps to get around the outside property. On the whole the facilities were good, although we would have liked more kitchen items as we enjoy cooking. The location was very peaceful and close enough to town. The off street parking was an unexpected positive. It would have been useful to have a Villa guide with local information, like refuse disposal and instructions for the washing machine etc.

Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé. Tout était fonctionnel. Là piscine est top. L’agence est réactive en cas de question ou de pépin. Une magnifique vue depuis la maison. L’environnement est idéal pour les vacanciers cherchant du repos.Le village est sympa.

Villa Tana is in a lovely area and on the whole was a nice place to stay. Lovely pool and beds comfortable.   However the villa is in need of modernising in some areas - kitchen - cupboards worn/broken pull out drawer, horrible smell underneath the sink, some furnishings (foam pads on seats with no cover on), one of the shower room toilets smelled ... (even after cleaning), there appeared to be a small leak. There were 2 broken sunbeds and only 1 parasol which was also broken
