Small residence "Les Asters", 5 storeys. In the district of Fontanettes 800 m from the centre of La Croisette, in a quiet position, 200 m from the skiing area. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking on the road. Grocery, shopping centre 800 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Arrêt Les Fontanettes" 500 m. Sports centre 800 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 200 m, slopes, ski rental 50 m, ski school 800 m, cross country ski track 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les 3 Vallées. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, south facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Appartement bien situé aux pieds des pistes et 10min à pied de la croisette.. bien isolé.appartement toutefois à rafraîchir années 70? ..literie 2personnes impeccable ....bémol pour les lits superposés=matelas peu confortables. Manque peut être appareil raclette et fondue..mais sinon séjour super souvenir..idéal pour famille...

Aan de piste op circa 8 minuten lopen van een supermarkt, restaurants en speed ski. Bakker op 3 minuten lopen. Basis voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Geen vaatwasser. 2 persoons bed kan wel een nieuwe matras gebruiken. In-en uitchecken prima geregeld.
