Deze woning ligt buiten het dorp dicht bij de golf van Javea in een rustige doodlopende straat. het heeft alle accommodatie voor 6 in 3 ruime kamers met airco. Alles is gelijkvloers en praktisch ingericht. Daarnaast een gemakkelijk te bedienen vaat- en wasmachine. Het huis heeft aan de buitenkant wel wat opfrissing nodig en enkele gebroken tegels rond het zwembad en buitentrap zouden best hersteld worden..

La casa es preciosa, tal y como se ve en las fotos. Buenas vistas.Todo al detalle, parece de revista. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Hay que tener cuidado con el suelo que es resbaladizo con los pies mojados, no el que rodea la piscina si no el de las escaleras de acceso a la casa. La piscina cubre como mínimo 1,50 m por lo que no la veo muy adecuada para niños pequeños. Por lo demás un 10.
