* Allows 2 cars, One parking passes included in rental. If a second passes is needed, it is $35.00 plus tax for the stay. This can be charged at check in.

* Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25

*Trailers are not allowed on the property

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.

Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.

It worked well for our family. The proximity to the beach was the best feature. Basic supplies were inadequate…toilet paper, d/w pods, trash bags, hand soap in bathrooms. Kleenex.

It was nice for the price. Clean inside but when we went to the balcony we found numerous toenail clippings all over. I wrote to the property manager with no response.
